Full family and medical history will be discussed along with presenting signs and symptoms in a safe, non-judgmental, confidential environment. These are our tools to assess how your body is functioning.  We look at the whole body, which should work in unison to get optimal results.

Nutritional co-factors are taken into consideration and we discuss any current or past medications that may have an impact. We look at every system and consider all the information to present you with an individualized treatment plan targeting optimal health, prevention of further disease, and management of any existing conditions.

Vital signs
Blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate will be taken along with any other physical examination that may be relevant to presenting symptoms.

Dietary Analysis
Food intake will be assessed and positive changes will be discussed depending on your treatment plan. Your diet will be thoroughly analysed using the latest software and the report will be delivered at your follow-up consult.

Bioimpedance – face to face only
Body composition measures weight, height, body fat, fluid, muscle, and BMI.

Treatment Plan
Dietary interventions and supplements may be prescribed if needed.

Report of findings – 60 mins

We’ll move forward in assessing the direction of treatment according to any improvements or other presenting symptoms. We’ll review your symptoms, sleep,  general well-being, and energy, discuss your ongoing health concerns and you’ll receive an evidence-based care plan  (treatment) plan based on your initial 60-minute consult.

The care plan is given along with suggested functional testing, supplements ( if needed)  and a suggested consult appointment schedule.

Suggested XLR8 programs may be discussed if feel they are suited. Ongoing treatment protocol will be addressed and given at this time. Compounded supplements may also be discussed – these are individual supplements made to suit individual needs at the time of each consult.

Follow-up Consults 40-60mins

Continue with treatment protocols suggested in the report of findings consult. At each consult we look at progress, compliancy and goals. Dietary and lifestyle advice and supplements may be adjusted according to progress of each individual.

This will continue until the patient has reache  the maintenance program, then moving toward the wellness plan where we offer 2 consults per year to check in on your optimal well being and make sure you are on track.

We are with you from start to finish as we  genuinely care about your health and wellbeing
