Mango, Peaches and Cream

  • 1/2 cup of frozen peaches or mangoes
  • Handful blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of frozen banana
  • 1 cup of your choice of milk
  • 1 scoop of METAGENICS Vanilla Protein powder


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend
Layer with yogurt or coconut yogurt
Top with blackberries
Refrigeration needed
