For the chia pudding
- 1/4 cup of whole chia seeds
- 1 cup of coconut milk or milk of choice
- 1 scoop of METAGENICS Vanilla Protein powder
Place all ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping. Once your chia pudding is ready prepare your cream.
YUMMY CREAM
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup of frozen cut papaya chunks or Mango
- 1 Tbsp. of cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp. of coconut or any other milk
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Flakes
Place all chia pudding ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping.
Combine all cream ingredients in a blender and blitz.
Layer to serve finish with toasted coconut flakes
