Vanilla Protein Chia Parfait

For the chia pudding 

  • 1/4 cup of whole chia seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop of METAGENICS Vanilla Protein powder

Place all ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping. Once your chia pudding is ready prepare your cream.

YUMMY CREAM

  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of frozen cut papaya chunks or Mango
  • 1 Tbsp. of cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp. of coconut or any other milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Flakes

Place all chia pudding ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping.

Combine all cream ingredients in a blender and blitz.

Layer to serve finish with toasted coconut flakes
