Nut Butter Protein Raw Balls




1/2 cup of Dates ( if dried soak in water for 1hour and drain)

1/2 cup dried figs (OPTIONAL-soak in water for 1 hour and drain)

1 cup almond meal

1 cup nuts ( walnuts, pecans, brazil, hazel)

1/2 cup pepitas

1/4 cup goji (soak in water for 1 hour and drain)

1/2 cup  natural nut butter of choice

1/2 cup cacao powder

1/4 cup maca powder

1/2 cup of desiccated or shredded coconut


1: Add dates and figs to blender or thermi and whiz until no  clumps.

2:  Add everything else and blitz it.

3: Roll into balls

4: Roll 1/2  of the rolled balls through coconut and leave  1/2 without.

5: store in airtight container in fridge.

Great for after training, in-between meals , after dinner or when you have a sugar craving!!!
