NO REFINED SUGAR , LEFT OVER , OVERRIPE, WRINKLED APRICOTS

- APRICOT JAM
- INGREDIENTS
- Apricots – I had 15 small ones
- 1 Orange squeezed
- 50 ml water
- 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Gelatin
- 1 Tablespoon honey – Optional
- METHOD
- Throw everything in a saucepan including the orange once squeezed except gelatin – simmer , once simmering add gelatin & honey and stir until thick.
Pour into a sterilised jar and seal immediately WA LA quick easy health homemade Jam
