Apple, Banana, Pear and Maca Smoothie Bowl

Makes 2 small or 1 large smoothie bowl


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup almond/ cashew/soy or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Maca
  • 1 teaspoon White chia seeds
  • ½ fresh pear
  • ½ fresh apple
  • Handful blueberries (optional)
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon of METAGENICS Vanilla Protein powder



Place the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass or a shallow bowl and top with your favourite toppings like granola dust, fruit of choice – figs, berries, bananas, kiwi etc
