Ingredients:
- Sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, hemp seeds, oats or quinoa flakes
- Gluten free option: amaranth, almonds, cashews, hazel nuts, almonds, walnuts
- 1 tablespoon rice syrup
Mix everything together
Roast in oven until golden brown
Cool, then blend in mixer until it resembles dust or leave a bit chunky if you like it like that!
