Healthy Persimmon Jam

    Healthy  Persimmon 

    8 Cups Persimmon

  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Lime Juice
  • 4 cups Honey 1 large Orange rind  OR 4  mandarin rinds (squeeze some of juice in)






  • Put everything in a pot and bring to boil. Once boil simmer until thickened.
  • Add to sterilised jars immediately whiles still hot. Place lids on and turn upside down to seal, allow them to cool down before placing in fridge .In colder months they will keep in pantry till opened.


Great for morning or afternoon snack with some Natural or greek Yoghurt or spread with some Grass Fed Butter on Stone Ground Fermented Sour Dough YUMMMMMMM
