1 cup Cooked Red quinoa

1 Large or 2 small beetroots roasted

1 red onion

1 shallot

2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons of Coconut or  3 Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

1 litre of H2O

Salmon Yellow Curry Soup

Ingredients 

2-4 pieces of salmon skin on diced

1 red onion diced ( note: eliminate l for FODMAPS)

2 gloves of Garlic (note: eliminate l for FODMAPS)

1 punnet of grape tomatoes

1 bunch of Pak choy,  Bok Choy, chinese spinach or english spinach

500mls of home made  Coconut Milk or carton as natural as possible

500mls of Filtered water

2 tablespoons of Natural yellow curry paste

1 diced sweet potato

1 whole lime  juice

2 Kaffir lime leaves ( optional)

God drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

pinch  turmeric & pepper

Quick & Easy Savoury Rice

Ingredients

1/4 of red cabbage sliced

1/2 leek sliced

2 cloves garlic  chopped

1 cup of broccoli florets

1 bunch or pak choy, bok choy or english spinach

1 bunch chives

2 cups of cooked basmati rice or black rice or 1/2 & 1/2 or quinoa

300g pork, roo or turkey mince

1/4 cup soy sauce- Tamari or Braggs All purpose seasoning /soy amino acid

1/2 teaspoon  paprika

1/2 teaspoon coriander

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup vegetable  stock  preferably homemade.

1 bunch  fresh coriander

Nut Butter Protein Raw Balls

1/2 cup of Dates ( if dried soak in water for 1hour and drain)

1/2 cup dried figs (OPTIONAL-soak in water for 1 hour and drain)

1 cup almond meal

1 cup nuts ( walnuts, pecans, brazil, hazel)

1/2 cup pepitas

1/4 cup goji (soak in water for 1 hour and drain)

1/2 cup  natural nut butter of choice

1/2 cup cacao powder

1/4 cup maca powder

1/2 cup of desiccated or shredded coconut

Method

1: Add dates and figs to blender or thermi and whiz until no  clumps.

2:  Add everything else and blitz it.

3: Roll into balls

4: Roll 1/2  of the rolled balls through coconut and leave  1/2 without.

5: store in airtight container in fridge.

Quick & Easy as !!!!!

Great for after training, in-between meals , after dinner or when you have a sugar craving!!!
